Democrats Charged in Election Day Tire-SlashingFive Democratic activists have been charged with slashing
the tires of vans rented by Republicans to drive voters and monitors to the
polls on Election Day. The activists are
accused of flattening the tires on 25 vehicles rented by the state Republican
Party to get out the vote and deliver poll watchers November 2. The GOP rented more than 100 vehicles that
were parked in a lot adjacent to a Bush campaign office. The party planned to
drive poll watchers to polling places by 7 a.m. and deliver any voters who
didn't have a ride. |

Voter Fraud in MilwaukeeIn Milwaukee, 75,000 citizens registered to vote on
Election Day in 2004 out of a population of 600,000. Out of that 75,000 fully 13% (or 10,000)
are illegible. The Elections Commission
estimates that 1/3 of the remaining 65,000 registrations for which
confirmation cards have been sent will be returned as undeliverable. That means that the address for 22,000
registrations was incorrectly written or downright fictitious. |
